Refund Policy
We want you happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how we refund.
30-day money-back
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 10% of the word quota included in your pack.
How to request
Email refunds@vocaliose.io with your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
Quality issues
If a generated file is corrupted or fails to produce audio, we refund the consumed words as a bonus credit on top of any monetary refund.
Non-refundable cases
Once more than 10% of the pack's words have been used, or after 30 days, the order is non-refundable. Refunds are also unavailable for orders flagged as fraudulent.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve 100% of legitimate refund requests directly, faster than your card issuer can.
