We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe. Wertuel Europa AB (reg. no. 559201-3329) is the data controller.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email), order/billing details, audio inputs (text you paste), generated audio files, technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and analytics.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, prevent fraud, comply with tax law, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
All data is stored on EU/EEA-hosted infrastructure, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
AI providers
Audio generation is performed via OpenAI. The text you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate the audio and is not retained by OpenAI for training.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion or export of your data. Email privacy@vocaliose.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, currency preference). No third-party advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep order data for 7 years to comply with Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen). You can request anonymisation at any time.
